About Us
Formed in 2016 by Michelle Rios, ATD cleaners has grown into the top local San Antonio cleaning service. The company is owned and operated by her and her daughter, and employs a team of enthusiastic professionals who take extreme pride in their work. Initially focusing on the residential market, ATD cleaners has grown to include service to all manner of needs – from AirBNB’s to local offices.
We are a “Relationship” company, not a “Cleaning” company. So we customize our services for each client through a variety of ad-hoc services. For residential clients, we may also handle your groceries or make special considerations for your pets. For real estate professionals, we may also stock your airBNB with all the extras or work directly with your staging company. For small businesses, we accommodate unique hours or cleaning scenarios. When we say “Attention to Detail” we really mean it – let us know what you actually need and we will deliver!

Hours of Operation
We work around your schedule, however below is a guide if you are trying to book an estimate or service call. Some of our customers have special needs and we can accommodate them.
- M-F: 6am-9pm
- Sat-Sun: 10am-5pm
- After-hours / Holidays: upon special request
Services & Pricing
- We charge between 15 and 40 cents / SqFt for cleaning.
- We have many ad-hoc services to compliment your experience.
- We do allow a-la-carte pricing – going on vacation and only need the bare minimum? Let us know!
